Return Policy
Any instrument bought through The Magic Fluke Co. may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund. The purchase price including taxes will be refunded once the instrument is returned in new condition, minus a 4% credit card processing fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Since most instruments are built to order, a 15% restocking charge may apply. Custom one-of-a-kind designs cannot be returned for a refund. Instruments must be in new condition and packed in the original box and packing material. Call or email for shipping instructions. If an instrument is received damaged, and it appears to be have been damaged during shipping, notify the shipper immediately, save all packing material and contact us. Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, we will not process your credit card and your entire balance will be refunded to you. After 24 hours, your order may be cancelled at any point before shipping and your total refunded minus a 4% credit card processing fee. |
