To tighten the head on the firefly banjo ukulele, the drum assembly can easily be replaced on the soprano and concert FF. Tightening the head on the Tenor or 5-string models is easily done with the 10 3/32” hex wrench provided. Turn the 10 screws evenly no more than 1/4 turn at a time. When properly tensioned, there should be about 1/16” of sag in the head at the bridge when in tune. |
