SB Solid Body Electric Ukulele March 8, 2023 Reviewer: Shoshanna from Florida   This ukulele has given me so much pleasure. I play it at night to avoid waking my family. The sound through my amplifier and earphones is full, resonant and beautiful. The neck looks like it might be chunky, and I like a slim profile neck, but, it is extremely comfortable. The action is low and it is super easy to play. I really value this instrument and could not be happier. There is nothing on the market (I’ve looked :-) that holds a candle to this silent, electric ukulele. I sprang for the Peghed tuners which I encourage you to do. The upgrade from the Grover’s is worth every cent and will relieve you of much frustration when tuning. The customer service is caring, responsive and a joy to work with. Fluke SB March 7, 2023 Reviewer: Jeremy Nickurak from New York, NY United States   Lovely experience getting a solid-body uke made up and shipped. Read the instructions! The Peghead tuners feel a lot better once you figure out how to adjust them! One note for improvement: The A-string knot wasn't knotted large enough. When I first tuned it up on recieving it it popped through the body. I was afraid the string had snapped! Fortunately I was able to re-tie and string it successfully. It did come as a shock though. Fluke SB May 18, 2022 Reviewer: Alan M from Vancouver Island, Canada   I have the SB that is pictured on the website. It's solid, uncomplicated, has a comfortable neck and is a treat to play. The sound is very nice whether playing blues through my old Fender G-Dec jr or more traditional sounds on my tiny Flamma F-05. It has a zero fret, the intonation is excellent and it holds tuning very well. I won't get bored with this instrument for sure. Was this review helpful to you?

Uke is very nice but the frets were not dressed October 26, 2020 Reviewer: Vinny Ruggiero from Arizona   Beautiful wood and comfortable neck. Tuning pegs are fine once tightened up. Leather strap is a nice touch. Mi-Si pickup is a big plus over piezo and the instrument's tones through both battery and powered amps are superb without any pre-amp. No quack. Although I was in no rush for the ukulele, it was made and shipped rather quickly. Surprisingly, the frets were not dressed and they protrude a scosche on both sides along the length of the neck.  It's not enough to cut or chafe but enough to mildly irritate my hand after a while. I'm guessing it was a simple oversight during setup and prep. Still, I'm very happy that I purchased this USA-made electric ukulele. Was this review helpful to you?

Walnut SB July 13, 2020 Reviewer: Kathryn Alderson from Crete (Chicagoland) Illinois   Began with the out-of-this-world customer service and continues every day with the pure enjoyment of easy playability and lovely aesthetic.  The walnut combined with the smooth and slim lines is just a lovely and inviting home to cradle and get lost with my pursuit to play songs on my fun ukulele.  It makes my "me" time feel rich and satisfying because it's such a quality instrument and makes it easy for my beginner fingers to hit the right chords. Beautiful Uke, great sound, great customer service September 3, 2019 Reviewer: Dan from Missouri   The ukulele plays incredibly well, with great sound. Works great through headphones plugged directly into the uke for quiet practice around others, or amplified for a natural tone. Amazing service, amazing ukulele! July 3, 2018 Reviewer: Sean from Canada   Super friendly and accommodating service, you can tell they genuinely care about giving you the highest quality product, that meets and even exceeds expectations. Now as for the technical review: the sound while plugged into a standard Peavey practice amp is clear and precise. The intonation is accurate along the entire fretboard. Unplugged is nice and quiet for practicing while my children are asleep. The woodworking is beautifully done and the finish is near perfect. There is nothing rough or sharp anywhere. A lot of skill and care was put into the making of this instrument. Would buy another. Was this review helpful to you?
