5 of 5 My dream ukulele! May 26, 2022
Reviewer: Starr from Ontario
Wanted this ukulele before I even started playing the ukulele,  and after many years, I was able to get one! Absolutely adore my uke! Beautiful, warm sound that's unique as well. Very easy on the fingers for beginners. My dream ukulele was as amazing as a dreamt she'd be.

5 of 5 Flea April 30, 2022
Reviewer: Chris from Australia
Great ukulele, but should really charge $10 more and put the better tuners in anyway rather than the cheapest tuning pegs. I changed mine to geared tuners with a 12 to 1 tuning ratio for the sensitivity and I’m not really a purist in wanting to keeping the friction heads and want to play the Uke rather than  tune for 5 minutes with a slight twist changing the note up or down a semi tone, drove me crazy.
I am happy with plastic fretboard and intonation is great and the sound is really nice with a good volume output. The music shops here didn’t really offer the options available with original tuning pegs already fitted on the imported product.

1 of 5 Disappointed January 17, 2022
Reviewer: Casey from Israel
My stepfather gave me a Flea ukulele as a gift, and I was so excited to play it! Within the first year, all of the metal pieces holding the pegs started to move, making the ukulele impossible to tune. On top of that, the pegs are so so sensitive that it's impossible to correctly tune it, every miniscule movement pushes the string too tight or too loose. I changed the strings, thought maybe they were faulty, but nope, it's definitely the ukulele. I came to look up Flea, thought it must be some company that sells mimic instruments for 5 bucks. I'm shocked to see how much he paid for this ukulele.

5 of 5 Absolutely Wonderful! January 5, 2022
Reviewer: Elizabeth from Virginia
This is my first ukulele and I love it! I got the pistachio color and it is different than the photo. It's more like a deeper bright green, probably more like the outside of a green avocado rather than the inside of one, but it looks amazing. My husband ordered it as a gift and talked to Phyllis on facebook, where she answered any questions he had and she went above and beyond in customer service. I'm so pleased with this company that I will be recommending them to anyone interested in ukuleles.

5 of 5 Wonderful Instrument May 11, 2020
Reviewer: Dave from New York, New York
Couldn't be more pleased with my concert flea uke. This is my first uke and I can't put it down.  It's beautifully constructed and the sound is perfect. Every musician who hears it or gives it a play comments on how great the sound is.  Worth every penny.

5 of 5 Gift that keeps on giving December 2, 2018
Reviewer: Josh from Boston
My first-ever uke, the Flea made ukulele my now-favorite instrument (after years of playing e-bass and guitar). I have bought several because I keep giving them away to friends and kids. I've never seen one that isn't perfectly set up (perfect intonation - all notes sounding good once the strings are tuned correctly).

5 of 5 Well-used and loved June 21, 2018
Reviewer: Madeleine from Chicago
I've owned a number of ukuleles, and this is by far my favorite. The sound is amazing and insanely high quality. It's travelled with me everywhere and withstood 15 hour plane rides and not untuned. My only complaint is that the color has started to fade into a yellow, but I guess I keep it out in the sun too much. Overall, completely worth the money.

5 of 5 Fantastic Flea December 7, 2017
Reviewer: Tony from Minnesota
My Flea is a concert scale with a hardwood fretboard and a pickup. I have owned it for a few years. Every time I play it, I am amazed at the sound. I have some very expensive and prestigious brand ukuleles, so I know what the good ones sound like. Compared to all the others, my Flea has a great sound. Yes, it is loud. However, there is more. The sound is full, balanced and pleasant. Plus, my Flea is durable. I do carry it in a semi-hardside case, but make no attempt to baby it. It has seen -15F and +100F, and it just keeps on working and working well. I honestly believe that the Magic Fluke ukuleles are the best value on the market. A Flea is an investment and money well spent.

5 of 5 Cannot go wrong December 23, 2015
Reviewer: Chris W. from Victoria, BC
My daughter needed a ukulele for music class at school, so I ordered a soprano Flea for her and, while I was at it, a concert Fluke for me - natural finish, no fancy options.  Both are superb instruments.  Intonation, action, fit and finish... everything is perfect.

The smaller body of the Flea suits my daughter well, but I enjoy the bigger, more resonant tone of the Fluke - the difference is definitely noticeable.  I have put some Worth strings on the Fluke (clear, hard, low-g) and they sound absolutely fantastic.  The only bad thing I have to say about the Fluke is that now my Firefly isn't getting all the attention it used to.  8^)
